Comments

Security Capabilities and Policy For Transmission Of Payment

1. What information do we collect and how do we use it?

When you place an order through sirsoft.io you order is processed through stripe.com and your name, email, address and credit card information is stored on their servers. No information is stored on sirsoft.io other than your key codes that you purchased and any account you create here to get your key code or cancel your subscription.

2. How does SirSoft.io protect customer information?

When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data collected is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorized access.

3. Credit Card Details

All credit card payments are processed securely through Payment Gateway stripe.com. Payment by credit card is the only way to place an order. SirSoft.io does not store any credit card information on our servers.

4. Payment Information

When you initially provide or update your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to Payment Processor. Payment Processor uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Privacy Policy. SirSoft.io does not store your payment information, other than your zip code and country, which we require for billing and to comply with tax and other government regulations.

5. End User Payment Information

Your End Users’ payment information may be processed via third party eCommerce Payment Processors with which you integrate your Account, in accordance with such eCommerce Payment Processors’ terms and policies. We transmit your End Users’ complete payment information when they initially provide or update it, only so that we can pass it along to the eCommerce Payment Processors you agree to use. We do not collect or store your End Users’ payment information.

6. Your Consent

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

7. Payment Gateway Info

We offer Credit Card payments for all our users. Credit Card payments are made directly through a 256-bit SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. Once again, none of your credit card details are stored.

Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder’s Credentials

This Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder’s Credentials (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (hereinafter also referred to as – the “Cardholder”) and Shane Croft Solutions, Inc. a company incorporated in the United States, with registered address at at 318 Portland Ave, Medford, OR 97504 (541) 622-2895 (Company hereinafter – the “Merchant”).

By clicking the Proceed/Buy now button, you express full consent to this Agreement and authorize the Merchant and its payment service provider to store your name, surname, card expiry date and PAN number (hereinafter – the Credentials on File (COF) and to initiate transactions on your behalf (hereinafter – Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions) and/or to process transactions initiated by you (hereinafter – Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions), both by using the Credentials of File, as indicated below.

Disclosures of the Merchant:

– Your Credentials will be used for: Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions and/or Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions.

– Description of services: including but not limited to subscription for non free versions of the software on this site.

– Fixed date or interval of the Transaction: yearly.

– Event that will prompt the Transaction: N/A

The following details in relation to this Agreement shall be included in the transaction confirmation: card number, transaction amount, surcharges (if applicable), transaction currency, transaction date, authorisation code, the Merchant’s location.

You will be notified of any changes to the present Agreement 7 (seven) business days before such changes become effective in relation to scheduled (with fixed, regular intervals) Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions, and 2 (two) business days before such changes become effective in relation to Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions which are unscheduled or in relation to Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions.

You agree to notify the Merchant of any changes in the Credentials on File at least 7 (seven) business days prior to the next Transaction date.

The Agreement shall enter into force after successful authorisation (or account verification) by your card issuer and receipt of your consent to this Agreement by the Merchant, and shall be valid until terminated by you or by the Merchant according to the Cancellation policy.
